Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance & Binding Effect

By accessing, registering on, purchasing from, or using the services provided by Kisiki Capital ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the customer acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of the platform. Continued use constitutes full and ongoing acceptance of this agreement.

2. Services Offered

Kisiki Capital provides digital educational and skill-evaluation services designed to identify and support disciplined trading talent. The services offered comprise:

  • Free Trial: Periodic free sample challenges designed for platform demonstration and interface familiarization.
  • Trading Challenges: Evaluation programs (Kilimanjaro Two Step, Everest One Step, Instant Funding, and Pay Later) subject to distinct evaluation objectives, drawdown thresholds, and guidelines.
  • Simulated Funded Accounts: Performance-based simulated trading accounts allocated to traders who have successfully completed an evaluation challenge and completed required verification.

Kisiki Capital is an evaluation prop firm. Kisiki Capital does not act as a broker, custodian, or financial advisor, and does not accept client investment deposits.

3. One Client Section Per Customer

Each customer is strictly limited to one Client Section (single user registration). Registering or operating multiple Client Sections using the same or different email addresses, identities, IP addresses, or payment credentials without prior written authorization is prohibited. Discovered duplicate profiles will result in immediate termination of all linked accounts and forfeiture of challenge credentials without refund.

4. Challenge Evaluation & Progression to Simulated Funded Accounts

To qualify for a Simulated Funded account, a customer must satisfy all criteria of the chosen evaluation challenge (reaching the defined profit target while maintaining daily and overall loss limits and fulfilling minimum trading day requirements). Successfully passing the evaluation entitles the trader to receive a Simulated Funded account subject to compliance review and identity verification. Progression is contingent upon adherence to all trading parameters.

5. Fees, Pricing & Payment Methods

All challenge fees and platform services are denominated and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Acceptable payment methods include major payment cards and supported cryptocurrencies. The customer is responsible for any applicable transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or network gas fees associated with their payment provider.

6. Non-Refundability Policy

All challenge purchase fees are strictly non-refundable consideration for the immediate digital provisioning of evaluation services, simulated server infrastructure, and analytics. Voluntarily cancelling an active challenge, failing to meet evaluation targets, breaching trading guidelines, or account termination for rules violation does not entitle the customer to any refund, partial credit, or exchange.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through a bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor constitutes a direct material breach of this contract. Upon initiation of a dispute: all services, challenge accounts, and active evaluations are immediately stopped; any pending profit distributions are forfeited; and the customer is subject to a permanent platform ban. Platform logs, audit records, and IP activity will be submitted to financial institutions and credit authorities.

8. Demo Trading Environment & Execution

All trading activity across challenges and Simulated Funded accounts is conducted entirely on simulated demo servers (Kisiki Challenge Server). All market quotations, executions, and positions simulate live market conditions but remain virtual. Simulated trading results may differ from real-market liquidity, slippage, and latency conditions.

9. Permitted Trading Guidelines

Under Kisiki Capital guidelines:

  • Overnight & Weekend Holding: Traders are fully permitted to hold open positions overnight and across market weekends.
  • Lot Size Limits: There are no arbitrary maximum lot size limits, provided risk rules and margin requirements are respected.

10. Prohibited Trading Practices

To maintain fairness, skill evaluation integrity, and platform stability, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Feed & Platform Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, pricing glitches, server errors, or artificial latency.
  • External Data Feeds & Arbitrage: Utilizing slow, delayed, or external feeds to front-run prices or execute latency/tick arbitrage.
  • Coordinated & Opposite Positions: Executing reverse, opposite, or hedged positions across multiple accounts, or coordinating trades with other individuals.
  • Copy Trading: Copy trading between different registered customers or across unconnected accounts.
  • Account & Device Sharing: Sharing challenge credentials, trading accounts, or accessing accounts across shared hardware with other users.
  • Strategy Switching: Switching core strategies mid-phase (such as alternating between manual discretionary trading and automated EA trading). The same trading strategy must be maintained consistently throughout each phase across a minimum of 5 trading days.
  • AI / Ultra-High-Speed / Mass-Entry Abuse: Deploying high-frequency trading (HFT), tick-scalping algorithms, or automated mass-order spam that overburdens server infrastructure.

11. Immediate Termination Violations

The occurrence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following triggers immediate account termination, challenge cancellation, and forfeiture of all fees without notice:

  • Reselling, sharing, or transferring Client Section or trading credentials to third parties.
  • Using the same device, IP address, or digital fingerprint across multiple customer accounts.
  • Execution of High-Frequency Trading (HFT) or toxic flow exploitation.
  • Exploiting demo-server errors or synthetic execution gaps.
  • Multiple profile registrations with the same email, identification, or IP address.

12. KYC & Identity Verification

Kisiki Capital reserves the right to require Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification at any stage, including prior to activating a Simulated Funded account, reviewing account performance, or processing payouts. The customer agrees to provide valid government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address, and verification documentation upon request. Submitting false, altered, or misleading documentation will result in immediate account termination.

13. Profit Split Distributions & Payouts

Traders holding active Simulated Funded accounts are eligible to receive profit split allocations based on virtual trading profits:

  • Profit Share: 80% on Kilimanjaro Two Step, Everest One Step, and Pay Later accounts; 70% on Instant funding accounts.
  • Payout Schedule: Payout requests are eligible monthly after each trading cycle and processed within 1 to 5 business days following review and compliance confirmation.
  • First Withdrawal Timelines: 15 days on Kilimanjaro Two Step; 21 days on Everest One Step and Instant; 14 days on Pay Later.
  • Payout Methods: Bank wire transfer or supported cryptocurrency wallet.

14. Platform & Technical Disclaimers

The platform and its evaluation services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kisiki Capital does not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free server availability. Kisiki Capital shall not be held liable for third-party network outages, trading terminal delays, internet service interruptions, or force majeure events.
